Access this screen by entering 2 in the Option field from many of the Equipment Search results screens like Equipment Search by Equipment Number. On this screen, use the available options to drill down to more detail for each record listed.

Options

Option	Description
1	Select. Enter 1 in the Op (Option) field to advance to the Equipment Search by Equipment Number screen if there is an available quantity for the category/class, and the category/class is not designated as bulk. If the category/class is bulk or no quantity is available, you will advance to Category/Class Inquiry instead.
3	Last Rental. Enter 3 in the Op (Option) field to advance to the Equipment Search - Last Rent Date screen.
4	Acquired Date. Enter 4 in the Op (Option) field to advance to the Equipment Search - Acquired Date screen.
5	Reservations. Enter 5 in the Op (Option) field to advance to the Equipment Search - Reservations screen.
6	Rates. Enter 6 in the Op (Option) field to advance to the Rental Rate Inquiry screen.
7	Specifications. Enter 7 in the Op (Option) field to advance to the Equipment Specifications Inquiry screen.
8	Calendar. Enter 8 in the Op (Option) field to advance to the Category/Class Availability screen.
9	Truck Stock. Enter 9 in the Op (Option) field to access the Truck Stock popup window where you can review availability of the equipment in stock on service trucks.

Fields

Category/Class

Displays the category/class of the equipment for which you are searching.

List

Location

Displays the code for the location where the available quantities are found.

Quantity Available

The quantity available for rent or sale.

Returned Quantity

The quantity on closed contracts that has not yet gone through service and been made available for rent.

Scheduled Pickup

The quantity listed on pickup tickets. This field is updated through Partial Return, Full Return, and Pickup Ticket.

Inside Shop

The quantity inside your shop to be repaired via work orders. This field is updated with Equipment Status Change, Rental Return (Partial and Full), or Exchange Equipment.

Out for Repair

The quantity outside your shop to be repaired. This field is updated with Equipment Status Change.

Transfer In

The quantity on incoming transfers to this location. This field is updated via Create, Update, or Receive Transfers.

Transfer Out

The quantity transferred out, but not yet received in the destination location.

Quantity on Rent

The quantity on rental contracts. This field is updated via Create Rental, Update Rental, Partial Return, Full Return, or Exchange Equipment.

Quantity Reserved

The quantity on reservations. These quantities are updated through Create Rental Reservation/Quote, Update Rental Reservation/Quote, Create Equipment Sale Reservation/Quote, or Update Equipment Sale Reservation/Quote. This information is also updated when reservations are converted to rental or sales contracts.

Quantity New

The quantity of new equipment not yet placed into the Rental quantity. This is equipment you own, but you have not yet changed its status to available for rental.

Quantity Consigned

The quantity of new equipment placed on consignment with your company.

Quantity on Truck

The quantity located on service trucks. Use option 9=Truck Stock to determine which trucks the equipment is on.

Utilization Percent

Displays the percent of rental utilization for the equipment in the category/class at that location.

Distance to Location

Displays the distance from your location to the other listed locations.

Function Keys

Function Key	Description
F1	Help. Place your cursor in a field and press F1 to access online help for that field. Place your cursor outside of any field, and press F1 to access online help at the program level.
F3	Exit. Exit the page or program.
F7	Region Toggle. Toggle the mode to search in one region, all regions, or a district.
F12	Cancel/Previous. Exit the program or move back a screen.
