This is the results screen when you choose to search for equipment by equipment number in the Equipment Search program. It lists pieces of equipment sorted by equipment number.
Click a link to advance to that section of the topic.
Access this screen by entering 3 in the Option field on the Equipment Search screen, or by entering1 in the Option field on the Equipment Search by Search Word screen for a category/class with available quantity that is not designated as bulk. On this results screen, use the available options to drill down to more detail for each record listed. Use the filters above all columns to focus the results list on only the records you want to review.

Displays the unique number assigned to the piece of equipment.
Displays the code that represents the type of equipment. Valid codes include:
C - Customer Owned
F - Floored
G - Consignment
L - Lease
N - New
O - Non-rental Asset
R - Rental
S - Sub-leased
T - Trade In
Displays the code that represents the general ledger association for the equipment.
Displays the make (manufacturer's type) for the equipment. For example, Case.
Displays the manufacturer's model for the equipment. For example, Cutter 1000.
Displays the year of the model for the equipment.
Last Rental Date/Estimated Return Date
If the equipment is on rent, this column displays the estimated return date of the equipment, and it is highlighted. If the equipment is not on rent, this column displays the date of the last rental return, and it is not highlighted.

Indicates the current status of the equipment. Valid codes include:
A - Available
D - Down - Long Term
N - Down Short Term
R - Down - Wash Rack
I - In Transit
J - Junked
M - Missing
O - On Rent
P - On Rental Purchase
K - On Truck
U - Pick-up
V - Returned to Vendor
S - Sold
T - Stolen
For Sale
Indicates the For Sale flag setting in the equipment master file record.
Condition
The condition code of this equipment. Condition codes are defined in the miscellaneous reason code file.
Application
The application code for this equipment. Application codes are defined in the miscellaneous reason code file.
Service Due
Indicates the date of the next service due.
Yard
Indicates the current yard location of the equipment.
Displays the location where the equipment is physically or from where it was rented.
Displays the location this equipment was assigned to when it was moved into rental status.
