Use this program to inquire on the status of one pickup ticket.

Access this screen by entering a 5 in O (Option) field for a pickup ticket listed in the inquiry screen, or by selecting Pickup Ticket Inquiry from the Additional Operations menu, and entering a pickup ticket number to review.

Display Contract Customer Information

 

Fields

Contract number

Displays the number of the rental contract associated with the pickup ticket.

 

Pickup number

Displays the number of the pickup ticket.

 

Type

Displays the type of return.  The type F stands for Full return.  The type of P stands for Partial return.

 

Status

Displays the status of the equipment on the pickup ticket.  For example, RT represents Returned.

 

Reprint

Indicate whether you want to reprint the pickup ticket.

 

Customer number

Displays the number and the name of the customer associated with the pickup ticket.

 

Pickup date

If the pickup ticket is closed, this field displays the date and time of the pickup.

 

Job location

Displays the name of the job where the equipment was picked up or is scheduled to be picked up.

 

Driver

Displays the name of the driver scheduled for the pickup ticket.

Displays the name of the customer contact who ordered the pickup.

 

System date

Displays the system date for the creation of the pickup ticket.

 

System time

Displays the system time for the creation of the pickup ticket.

 

System by

Displays the user ID for the person who created the pickup ticket.

 

Maintained date

Displays the system date for the last maintenance of the pickup ticket.

 

Maintained time

Displays the system time for the last maintenance of the pickup ticket.

 

Maintenance by

Displays the user ID for the person who maintained the pickup ticket.

 

Quantity

Displays the quantity of the equipment to return on the pickup ticket.

 

Equipment number

Displays the number of the equipment to return on the pickup ticket.

 

Category/Class

Displays the ID of the category/class for the equipment to return on the pickup ticket.

 

Description

Displays the description of the equipment to return on the pickup ticket.

F1

Exit.  Exit the page or program.

F4

Search.  Place your cursor in a searchable field and press F4 to access a lookup window or more advanced search screen.

Contract Inquiry.  Access the Display Contract Customer Information screen for the contract on the pickup ticket.

F8

Toggle Sort.  Toggle the sort column on the inquiry screen that displays only one pickup ticket at a time.

F10

Pickup Comments.  Access the Order Comments screen.

F12

Cancel/Previous.  Exit the program or move back a screen.

F24 (Shift + F12)

More.  Display more available function keys for the program.
