Use this screen to review the header information for a customer's rental or sale reservation/quote or contract.
Click a link to advance to that section of the topic.
Access this screen by entering a 1 or a 5 in the Option field for a particular contract in the Customer Contract Inquiry program. Review the contract's header information. In some instances, banners display with notices regarding existing order comments, rental suspensions, discounts given, and so on. Press Enter from this screen to review equipment detail for the contract. Press Enter again to advance to the contract review screen.

Displays the unique number assigned to the customer.
Displays the number assigned to the contract
Displays the code for the currency used on the contract.
The customer's name for billing purposes.
Line 1 of the customer's billing address.
Line 2 of the customer's billing address.
The city of the customer's billing address.
The state or province of the customer's billing address.
The postal code of the customer's billing address.

The customer's name for shipping purposes. This is usually associated with the job attached to the contract.
Line 1 of the customer's shipping address. This is usually associated with the job attached to the contract.
Line 2 of the customer's shipping address. This is usually associated with the job attached to the contract.
The city of the customer's shipping address. This is usually associated with the job attached to the contract.
The state or province of the customer's shipping address. This is usually associated with the job attached to the contract.
The postal code of the customer's shipping address. This is usually associated with the job attached to the contract.
The customer's main shipping phone number.
Displays the date that the contract was opened.
Displays the time that the contract was opened.
The location associated with the job selected for the contract.
The number associated with the job selected for the contract.
If a purchase order was entered in the selected job record, the number is displayed.
Specifies whether damage waiverInsurance coverage for physical damage to rented equipment. is charged on this contract.
If applicable, this field displays the sales representative assigned to this contract.
If there is a territory assigned to the selected job, that territory number displays.
Displays the county where the transaction will occur. This field is used by those locations who are subject to SMM (Special Mobile Machinery) tax.
Displays the actual start date of the contract.
Displays the actual start time of the contract.
Expire Date or Last Return Date
Displays the date that the quote expires or the date that the customer last returned equipment from a rental contract.
Displays the number of times that the customer has returned rented equipment.

Displays the estimated date and time of the return of the equipment on the rental contract. This information feeds the Availability Calendar.
Displays the number of days and hours estimated as the length of the equipment rental based on the estimated return date.
Displays the system date when the contract was entered.
Displays the system time when the contract was entered.
Name of the person who placed the order.
Name of the person who signed for the equipment.
This field displays based on settings in the USECOD control record. If that record is set to use the use code, and you are using the use code to set net rates, the label for this field is 'Net.'
If this field is 'Net,' and the value for Net means use book rates in the MANDSC control record is Y, you cannot change the rates on a manual contract.
Indicates if you are delivering equipment to the customer job location.
Delivery By
If the equipment is delivered, this field displays the name of the driver who will deliver it.
Displays the date of the equipment delivery.
The code that prints on the invoice when there are delivery charges.
The amount you want to charge for delivery. This amount is billed to the customer at the time of the first invoice, which could be the first cycle bill or the first return.
Indicates if you will pickup the rented equipment at the customer job location.
Pickup By
If the equipment is picked up, this field displays the name of the driver who will pick it up.
The code that prints on the invoice where there are pickup charges.
The amount you want to charge for pickup. This amount is billed to the customer at the time of the first invoice, which could be the first cycle bill or the first return. You can leave this field blank now and fill it in when you process an equipment return.

Indicates whether taxes were charged on the contract for rental amounts. The settings default from the selected job, or from the customer master record if no job is selected.
Indicates whether taxes were charged on the contract for non-rental amounts (for sales items and miscellaneous charges). The settings default from the selected job, or from the customer master record if no job is selected.
The tax district code for this transaction. If you are integrated with a tax software package, the district may be based on the Delivery setting. If Delivery is set to Y, the shipping information is used for tax purposes. If it's set to N, the tax information comes from the location creating the invoice.
If the customer is tax exempt for resale reasons, this field displays their resale number.
Displays the number of the times that the contract has been cycle billed.
Displays the date of the last cycle bill.
Displays the user name of the person who entered the contract.
