Use this screen to review the split commission percentages among up to six sales representatives (the primary sales representative and five additional representatives) for a customer and job.

Access this program by pressing F2=Rep Split from Customer Job Maintenance. The screen lists additional sales representatives by job. Use the filters above the columns to narrow the list. Use the various options to edit, copy, delete, or display any of the records in the list. Press F6=Add to add a new record to the list.

Options

Option	Description
2	Edit. Enter 2 in the O (Option) field to access the record and modify it.
3	Copy. Enter 3 in the O (Option) field to copy the record to another location or job.
4	Delete. Enter 4 in the O (Option) field to delete the record.
5	Display. Enter 5 in the O (Option) field to display the record in view-only mode.

Fields

Customer number

Displays the number of the customer for which you are splitting commission percentages.

Sales representative

Displays the name and number of the sales representative assigned to the customer.

Location

Displays the location code of the job for which commissions have been split.

Job number

Displays the number of the job for which you are splitting commission percentages.

Additional Sales Representative 1

Displays the number of the first additional sales representative for the job.

Additional Sales Representative 2

Displays the number of the second additional sales representative for the job.

Additional Sales Representative 3

Displays the number of the third additional sales representative for the job.

Additional Sales Representative 4

Displays the number of the fourth additional sales representative for the job.

Additional Sales Representative 5

Displays the number of the fifth additional sales representative for the job.

Job Representative

Displays the number of the primary sales representative assigned to the job.

Split Percentage

Displays the commission percentages for each sales representative.

Function Keys

Function Key	Description
F1	Help. Place your cursor in a field and press F1 to access online help for that field. Place your cursor outside of any field, and press F1 to access online help at the program level.
F3	Exit. Exit the page or program.
F5	Refresh. Refresh the screen and remove entered data.
F6	Add. Advance to the Sales Representative Split Maintenance - Launch screen where you can add another sales representative split record for a specified job.
F11	More Detail. Toggle the screen to show or hide split percentage details for each record.
F12	Cancel/Previous. Exit the program or move back a screen.
F17 (Shift + F5)	Top. Return to the top of the list.
F18 (Shift + F6)	Bottom. Advance to the bottom of the list.
