Use this screen to review a list of invoices for a specific customer.
Click a link to advance to that section of the topic.
Access this screen by entering a customer number and currency code on the Customer Invoice Inquiry - Launch screen. Use the filters at the top of the screen and above the columns to focus the list to only the invoices you want to review. Use the function keys to review invoice detail, payment and sales history, and aging for the customer.

Payment/Adjustment. Enter 3 in the O (Option) field to advance to the Payment History screen and review payments and adjustments for that specific invoice. |

Display. Enter 5 in the O (Option) field to advance to the Display Contract Customer Information screen and review details of the rental contract/invoice. |

Reprint. Enter 6 in the O (Option) field to reprint the customer invoice. |
7 |
Fax/Email. Enter 7 in the O (Option) field to open the Fax/E-mail Window and send a fax or an email to the customer regarding that invoice. |

G/L Journal. Enter 8 in the O (Option) field to advance to the Invoice G/L Journal Transaction Inquiry program. |

Print Labels. Enter 9 in the O (Option) field to print invoice label stickers for that invoice. |

Displays the current credit status of the customer. Valid status codes include:
A - Active
B - Bad debt
C - Account closed by customer
D - Account deleted by company
H - Hold
I - Inactive
S - Suspended
F - Credit denied
Displays the total amount of the customer's invoices.
Displays the number and name of the customer.
Displays the customer's main phone number.
Displays the code of the currency in which the invoices balances are displayed.
Enter a purchase order number for which you want to review associated invoices.
Indicate whether you want to see open or closed invoices in the list.
Indicate whether you want to see paid invoices in the list.
Displays the number of the invoice, including the sequence number that indicates the number of transactions posted against the original contract.
Displays the date the invoice was created.
Displays the date the invoice is due to be paid.
If you are using the lettrageFrench for settlement. It is matching related G/L transactions by assigning the same system-generated number to them. accounting features, this field displays the lettrage number associated with the invoice.
Displays the location of the customer job associated with the invoice.
Displays the location that created the invoice.
Displays the current status of the invoice such as OP-Open or PD-Paid.
Displays the type of the invoice. Valid types include:
Displays the current balance owed on the invoice. This field is blank if nothing is owed.
Displays the amount of payments or adjustments made against the invoice.
Displays the amount that was originally on the invoice.
Indicates whether or not the customer is disputing the invoice.
Indicates whether or not the invoice has been submitted for collections.
Indicates whether or not a reminder letter has been sent for this invoice.
Indicates whether or not payment for this invoice is overdue.

Customer Inquiry. Advance to Customer Master Maintenance to review the customer's record. |

Detail. Display a second line of detail for each invoice. |

Cancel/Previous. Exit the program or move back a screen. |
