Use this screen to review a list of invoices by date range for all customers.
Click a link to advance to that section of the topic.
Access this screen by pressing F6 from the Customer Invoice Inquiry program. When you press F6-Date, you are prompted for a date range for which you want to review invoices for all customers. When you press F8-Invoice Number, you are prompted for an invoice number from which you want to start the list of numerically sorted invoices.
Indicate if you want to view open or closed invoices and paid or unpaid invoices. You can also use the filters above the columns to focus the list to only those records you want to review.

Payments/Adjustments. Enter 3 in the Opt (Option) field to the Payment History screen and review payments against that invoice. |

Display. Enter 5 to the left of the record to advance to the Display Contract Customer Information screen and review details of the rental contract/invoice. |

Reprint. Enter 6 to the left of the record to reprint the rental contract. |

Fax/E-mail. Enter 7 to the left of the record to open the Fax/E-mail Window and send a fax or an email to the customer regarding that invoice. |
Enter the starting date for the range of dates for which you want to review invoices.
Enter the ending date for the range of dates for which you want to review invoices.
Indicate whether you want to see open or closed invoices in the list.
Indicate whether you want to see paid invoices in the list.
Displays the code of the currency in which all amounts are displayed.

Displays the number of the invoice and sequence.
Displays the current status of the invoice such as, OP-Open, PD-Paid, or PP-Partial Paid.
Displays a code that represents the source of the record. Codes that start with R are rental transactions. Codes that start with W are work orders related to equipment maintenance. Codes that start with S are sales transactions.
Displays the date the invoice was created.
Displays the original amount of the invoice.
Displays the location where the invoice was written.
Displays the name of the customer on the invoice.
