Use this program to review and work with customer collection comments that have been marked for follow-up.

 

Click a link to advance to that section of the topic.

 

 

Navigation

Access this screen by entering a valid user ID on the Customer Collection Follow-up - Launch screen.  Enter the dates for which you want to view collection comments, and then use the filters above the columns to focus the list on only the comments you want to review.  Use the options to work with the comments.

Options

Option

Description

1

Collection Comments.  Enter 1 in the Option field to advance to the Customer Collection Comment Inquiry program.

2

Customer Maintenance.  Enter 2 in the Option field to advance to the Customer Master Maintenance program.

3

Change Status.  Enter 3 in the Option field to change the status of the comment from Open to Closed or from Closed to Open.

Fields

User

Displays the name of the user whose customer collection comments are listed.

 

From/To

Enter or accept the start and end dates of the range for which you want to review collection comments with follow-up dates.

 

Open Only

Indicate whether you want to display follow-up collection comments that with a status of Open (Y), or all follow-up collection comments (N).

 

Follow-up Date

Displays the date entered for follow-up on the collection comment.

 

Customer Number

Displays the number of the customer for whom the collection comments were entered.

 

Comment

Displays the collection comment marked for follow-up.

 

Status

Displays the current status of the follow-up.  Use Option 3 to change the status.  Valid codes are:

 

Date

Displays the date of the collection comment.

 

Type

Displays the code for the type of comment.

Description

F1

Help.  Place your cursor in a field and press F1 to access online help for that field.  Place your cursor outside of any field, and press F1 to access online help at the program level.

F3

Exit.  Exit the page or program.

F5

Refresh.  Refresh the screen and remove entered data.

F12

Cancel/Previous.  Exit the program or move back a screen.

F19 (Shift + F7)

Print.  Print the list of collection comments.
