Use this program to review and work with customer collection comments that have been marked for follow-up.
Click a link to advance to that section of the topic.
Access this screen by entering a valid user ID on the Customer Collection Follow-up - Launch screen. Enter the dates for which you want to view collection comments, and then use the filters above the columns to focus the list on only the comments you want to review. Use the options to work with the comments.

Collection Comments. Enter 1 in the Option field to advance to the Customer Collection Comment Inquiry program. |

Customer Maintenance. Enter 2 in the Option field to advance to the Customer Master Maintenance program. |

Change Status. Enter 3 in the Option field to change the status of the comment from Open to Closed or from Closed to Open. |

Displays the name of the user whose customer collection comments are listed.
Enter or accept the start and end dates of the range for which you want to review collection comments with follow-up dates.
Indicate whether you want to display follow-up collection comments that with a status of Open (Y), or all follow-up collection comments (N).
Displays the date entered for follow-up on the collection comment.
Displays the number of the customer for whom the collection comments were entered.
Displays the collection comment marked for follow-up.
Displays the current status of the follow-up. Use Option 3 to change the status. Valid codes are:
O - Open
C -Closed
Displays the date of the collection comment.
Displays the code for the type of comment.
