Use this screen to review customer accounts receivable aging in detail.
Click a link to advance to that section of the topic.
Access this screen by pressing F22 (Shift + F10) from the Customer Invoice Inquiry screen. Enter the currency, aging date, and invoice date for viewing the aging details. You can also change the aging buckets from the standard 30-60-90-120 to whatever buckets you would like to review by changing the numbers in the column headings.

Detail Aging
Displays the current status of the customer. Valid status codes include:
A - Active
B - Bad debt
C - Account closed by customer
D - Account deleted by company
H - Hold
I - Inactive
S - Suspended
F - Credit denied
Displays the date the customer record was created.
Displays the unique number assigned to the customer. You can assign this number manually or let the system assign it from the NXTCUS control record.
Displays the customer's business phone number.
Enter the code for the currency in which you want to review detailed aging. The default is your company's base currency.
Displays the date and the amount of the last payment from the customer.
Indicates whether a pre-lienMechanism for being able to place a lien on a customer in case they go bankrupt has been applied to this customer.
Displays the customer's credit limit. Settings in control record CRDLMT determine if you will receive a hard halt or only a warning when a customer exceeds their credit limit.
Enter the date by which you would like to see aging details displayed. The default is today's date, but it can be changed.
Enter the date through which you would like to include customer invoices in the aging details. The default is today's date, but it can be changed.

Displays the number of the invoice included in the aging details.
Displays the invoice date.
Displays the accounts receivable amounts that are current (not past due) for the invoices.
Displays the amounts that are 30 days past due for the invoices. You can change the number of days for displaying aged amounts in this column.
Displays the amounts that are 45 days past due for the invoices. You can change the number of days for displaying aged amounts in this column.
Displays the amounts that are 60 days past due for the invoices. You can change the number of days for displaying aged amounts in this column.
Displays the amounts that are 90 days past due for the invoices. You can change the number of days for displaying aged amounts in this column.
