Navigation

Access this screen by pressing F14 (Shift + F2) from the Customer Invoice Inquiry screen.  Review the invoice and payment information, and then press F3 to return to Customer Invoice Inquiry.

Fields

Account Number

Displays the unique number assigned to the customer.  You can assign this number manually or let the system assign it from the NXTCUS control record.

 

Status

Displays the current status of the customer.  Valid status codes include:

 

Customer Name

Displays the customer's name.

 

Address Line 1

Displays the first address line for the customer's billing location.

 

Address Line 2

Displays the second address line for the customer's billing location.

 

City

Displays the city for the customer's billing address.

 

State

Displays the state for the customer's billing address.

 

Zip

Displays the postal code for the customer's billing address.

 

Phone Number

Displays the customer's business phone number.

 

Fax Number

Displays the customer's fax number.

 

Contact

Displays the name of the main contact for this customer.

 

Sales Representative Number and Name

The sales representative assigned to this customer.

 

Territory

Displays the code that places this customer into a territory for sales representative assignment and analysis purposes.

 

Credit Code

Displays the code that classifies this customer's credit worthiness.  This is a user-defined code that can be linked to the auto-suspend program.  For example, a code of A might represent customers who should automatically be suspended when their account balance exceeds 30 days.

 

Pre-lien

Indicates whether there is a pre-lienMechanism for being able to place a lien on a customer in case they go bankrupt applied to this customer.

 

D&B Rating

Displays the Dun & Bradstreet rating for the customer.  This rating is useful in determining whether you should continue to do business with a customer after they have exceeded their customer limit or their account has gone past due.

 

Average Number Days

Displays the current (and past months) average number of days it took to collect outstanding accounts receivable from the customer.

 

Date Opened

Displays the date the customer record was created.

 

Last Order Date

Displays the date that the most current order was entered for the customer.

 

Last Payment Date

Displays the date that the most current payment was received from the customer.

 

Last Payment Amount

Displays the amount of the most current payment received from the customer.

 

Highest Credit

Displays the highest amount that the customer has ever had as open accounts receivable.

 

Open A/R Amount

Displays the customer's current amount open in accounts receivable.

 

Exposure Amount

Displays the amount currently out on rent with the customer.

 

Total

Displays the total of the customer's open A/R amount and their on rent amount.

 

Credit Limit

Displays the customer's credit limit amount as set in their customer master record.

 

Available Credit

Displays the customer's available credit, which is their credit limit minus their total amount (open A/R and open rental).

Aging Detail

 

Total

Displays the total open accounts receivable amounts for the current month and the last three months.

 

Current

Displays the accounts receivable amounts that are current (not past due) for the current month and the last three months.

 

30 Days

Displays the amounts that are 30 days past due for the current month and the last three months.

 

60 Days

Displays the amounts that are 60 days past due for the current month and the last three months.

 

90 Days

Displays the amounts that are 90 days past due for the current month and the last three months.

 

120 Days

Displays the amounts that are 120 days past due for the current month and the last three months.

 

Sales

Displays sales amounts (versus rental amounts) for the current month and the last three months.

 

Payments/Adjustments

Displays payment and adjustment amounts for the current month and the last three months.

 

Date

Displays Today for the current month and designations for several past months such as, 11/09, 10/09, and 9/09.

Description

F1

Help.  Place your cursor in a field and press F1 to access online help for that field.  Place your cursor outside of any field, and press F1 to access online help at the program level.

F3

Exit.  Exit the page or program.

F7

Corporate Totals.  Change the screen to display corporate totals in the upper right corner.

F17 (Shift + F5)

Top of List.  Return directly to the top of the list of records.

F18 (Shift + F6)

Bottom of List.  Advance directly to the bottom of the list of records.
