Use this screen to review the final details of a rental contract.
Click a link to advance to that section of the topic.
This is the screen that displays when you press Enter twice from the Display Contract Customer Information screen. Review the charges, and then press Enter to return to the Customer Contract Inquiry screen.
Displays the number of the rental contract.
Displays the unique number assigned to the customer.
The location associated with the job you selected for the rental contract.
Rental amount
Displays the charges for the rental contract.
Sales amount
Displays the charges for sales items on the contract.
If applicable, this field displays the total of miscellaneous charges (such as EPA charges) on the rental contract.
Sales tax
Displays the total sales tax amount for the rental contract. Press F14 (Shift + F2) to review a breakdown of the taxes.
Total invoice amount
Displays the total amount of the rental contract by adding all of the amounts above this figure.
