Description:

Use this screen to review a list of pickup tickets and pick them individually to display, reprint, fax, or e-mail.

 

Click a link to advance to that section of the topic.

 

 

Navigation

Access this screen from a Pickup Ticket program by pressing F16 (Shift + F4) from the program's launch screen.  Use the Position to customer number field and the Status field to control the records that display in the list.  You can also use the filter fields above the columns to further focus the list.

Options

Option

Description

1

Select.  Enter 1 in the O (Option) field to select that pickup ticket and return to the pickup ticket launch screen.

Display.  Enter 5 in the O (Option) field to display just the selected pickup ticket.  This is the same display that you see when you access this Pickup Ticket Inquiry program directly from the menu.

Reprint.  Enter 6 in the O (Option) field to print the selected pickup ticket again.

7

Fax/E-mail.  Enter 7 in the O (Option) field to access the Fax/E-mail Window to fax or e-mail information about the pickup ticket to the customer.

 

Fields

Position to customer number

Enter a customer number to  place that customer's pickup tickets at the top of the list.

 

Status

Enter O to view Open pickup tickets.  Enter a C to view Closed pickup tickets.  Leave the field blank to view all pickup tickets.

Pickup Ticket List

 

Customer name

Displays the name of the customer associated with the pickup ticket.

 

Contract number

Displays the number of the rental contract associated with the pickup ticket.

 

Pickup number

Displays the number of the pickup ticket.

 

Date

Displays the date the pickup ticket was created.

 

Time

Displays the time the pickup ticket was created.

 

Equipment number

Displays the number of the equipment being picked up.

 

Equipment description

Displays the description of the equipment being picked up.

 

Location

Displays the location where the equipment will be returned.

 

Days

Displays the number of days since the pickup ticket was created.

 

Status

Displays the current status of the pickup ticket.  Valid statuses include:

F1

Help.  Place your cursor in a field and press F1 to access online help for that field.  Place your cursor outside of any field, and press F1 to access online help at the program level.

F3

Exit.  Exit the page or program.

F4

Search.  Place your cursor in a searchable field and press F4 to access a lookup window or more advanced search screen.

F7 (other screen)

Toggle.  Change the Location Mode to view pickup tickets for a location, a district, a region, or all locations.

F11 other

Detail.  Display a second line of detail for each pickup ticket.

F12

Cancel/Previous.  Exit the program or move back a screen.

F17 (Shift + F5)  other

Top.  Return directly to the top of the pickup ticket list.

F18 (Shift + F6)  other

Bottom.  Advance directly to the bottom of the pickup ticket list.

F19 (Shift + F7)  other

Print.  Print the list of pickup tickets.

F24 (Shift + F12)

More.  Display more available function keys for the program.
