Stock Maintenance - Launch Truck
Stock Maintenance - LaunchUse this screen to launch the Truck Stock Maintenance program where you add and remove parts, sales items, equipment, and bulk equipment from a service truck. A service truck is a truck set up in Equipment Maintenance with a Type of O=Non-rental Asset.
Click a link to advance to that section of the topic.
Access this screen from the Equipment Maintenance menu. The program opens in CHANGE mode. Enter the number of the truck for which you want to maintain stock records. If you do not know the number, press F4 to search for it. If you want to add a new service truck, enter the number of a piece of equipment from the Equipment Master File that is marked with a Type of O=Non-rental Asset, and then press Enter to advance to the next screen where you can add parts and sales items to the truck.
