Indicate whether this location charges damage waiverInsurance coverage for physical damage to rented equipment. on cash customer rental contracts.

Indicate whether the charge damage waiver setting for cash customers can be overridden at the contract level.

Is Location used as a Warehouse
Indicate whether this location acts as a warehouse and supplies parts and merchandise to other locations.
If applicable, enter the code for the location that supplies this location with parts and merchandise.
If applicable, enter the page number and grid number where this branch is located on a map.
If applicable, enter the number used in a custom calculation to display the distance between this location and customer jobs.
If applicable, enter the code for the location that handles truck dispatching for this location.

Indicate whether to display the distance between the dispatch center and this location.
If applicable, enter the name of the landmark near which the branch is located. Landmarks are set up in Landmark Maintenance and are used in conjunction with GPS tracking of equipment.

Indicate how pricing is handled for parts and merchandise at this location. Valid responses are:
N - Company - The price for an item in this location is in its item master record.
W - Warehouse - The price for an item in this location is the price in the item location record for the location that is marked as the warehouse for this location.
Y - Location - The price for an item in this location is in its item location record.
Costing at Company (N) / Warehouse (W) / Location (Y)
Indicate how costing is handled for parts and merchandise at this location. Valid responses are:
N - Company - The cost for an item in this location is in its item master record.
W - Warehouse - The cost for an item in this location is the price in the item location record for the location that is marked as the warehouse for this location.
Y - Location - The cost for an item in this location is in its item location record.
Displays the method used for costing parts and merchandise. The method is A for Average costing, and it cannot be changed.
If you are using a 3rd-party tax calculation system such as Vertex, indicate whether transactions for this location will have tax calculated at the line level (Y), or if all taxable items will be totaled, and tax will be calculated on the total (N).

is set to Y, it overrides
the setting in this field.
Calculate Tax on Damage Waiver
Indicate whether tax is calculated on damage waiverInsurance coverage for physical damage to rented equipment. charges at this location.
