Navigation
Access this screen by entering 7 in the Option field on the Parts/Merchandise Search screen. Use the available options to drill down to more detail for each record listed. Use the filters above the columns to focus the results list on only the records you want to review.

Select. Enter 1 in the Opt (Option) field to select the item for your transaction or to advance to the Parts/Merchandise Search - Availability by Location screen. |

Availability by Location. Enter 2 in the Opt (Option) field to advance to the Parts/Merchandise Search - Availability by Location screen. |

Sales History. Enter 3 in the Opt (Option) field to advance to the Sales Item History program. |

Cross Reference. Enter 9 in the Opt (Option) field to open the Item Cross Reference Lookup Window to review a list of cross reference item numbers for the item. |

Vendor Information. Enter 10 in the Opt (Option) field to advance to the Vendor Inquiry screen and view the item's primary vendor number, name, address, contact, and phone numbers. |

Open Back Orders. Enter 11 in Opt (Option) field to advance to the Open Back Orders for Item program. |

Specifications. Enter 12 in the Opt (Option) field to advance to the Sales Item Specifications Inquiry screen. |

Fields
Displays the UPC (Universal Product Code) number assigned to the item.
Displays the stock classCode used to categorize sales items for analysis and reporting. You may choose to make the stock class a subset of the vendor code. associated with the item.
Displays the description of the item.
Displays the quantity available for that item.
Displays the item's price with the VAT (Value Added Tax) amount subtracted.
Displays the item's price with the VAT (Value Added Tax) amount added.

Toggle Mode. Toggle the mode to search for one location, all locations, a district, or an inventory region. |

Item Number Toggle. Toggle the Item number field to Manufacturer's number or UPC code. |

More Information. Reveal a second line of detail for each of the listed records. |

Cancel/Previous. Exit the program or move back a screen. |
