Access this screen by entering 1 in the Option field on the Parts/Merchandise Search screen and either entering search criteria or just pressing Enter. On this results screen, use the available options to drill down to more detail for each record listed. Use the filters above the Description, Stock Class, and Search Word columns to focus the results list on only the records you want to review.

Displays the search word associated with the listed stock class. Search words are text assigned to a master record like stock class or customer that enable you to search for them more efficiently.
Displays the stock classCode used to categorize sales items for analysis and reporting. You may choose to make the stock class a subset of the vendor code. associated with the search word.
Displays the description of the stock class of the items.
Displays the quantity of available items for the listed stock class.
Displays the item's price with the VAT (Value Added Tax) amount subtracted.
Displays the item's price with the VAT (Value Added Tax) amount added.
