Use this program to enter the quantity to print bar code labels for a sales item. You can also choose the bar code template for printing.

Access this screen by pressing F19 (Shift + F7) from the Sales Item Maintenance screen. Enter the quantities and bar code templates for printing and then press Enter.
Displays the item number for which you want to print bar code labels.
Displays the stock classCode used to categorize sales items for analysis and reporting. You may choose to make the stock class a subset of the vendor code. associated with the item number.
Displays the code for the unit of measure in which the bar code labels will be printed.
Displays a description of the sales item.
Displays the quantity on hand for the item. If the item is serial tracked, it is listed multiple times on the screen.
Enter the quantity of bar code labels to print for the sales items.
Enter the code for the template you want to use to print the bar code labels. If you do not know the code, press F4 to search for it.

Default Quantity on Hand. Populate the Print Quantity column with the actual quantity on hand for each item. |

1 each Quantity on Hand greater than 0. Default a Print Quantity of 1 for each item if the quantity on hand for that item is greater than zero. |

Item Number/Manufacturer's Number Toggle. Toggle among displaying the sales item number, the manufacturer's item number, and the item's serial number. |
F12 |
Cancel/Previous. Exit the program or move back a screen. |
F13 (Shift + F1) |
Repeat. Repeat the printing process with the same information. |
