First
use the Environmental Charge Control Maintenance
program to enter the miscellaneous charge item to use for environmental
charges on your rental contracts, and then use this program to enter the
environmental charge amounts to use by category/class.

Click a link to advance to that section of the topic.
On this launch screen, enter the location for which you want to set up default environmental charges for rental contracts. Leave the Location field blank to set up the charges for all locations in a company. Select a Type of R=Rental, and then enter the category/class associated with the default charges. Leave the Category/Class field blank to set up the charges for all category/classes.

Equipment Environmental Charge Maintenance
Enter the location for which you want to set up default environmental charges for rental contracts. Leave the field blank to set up the charges for all locations in the company.
Enter the type of environmental charges you are setting up. The only valid code as of RentalMan version 11 is R=Rental.
This field appears only if you select R=Rental for the Type field. Enter the category/class for which you want to set up environmental charges, or leave the fields blank to set up the charges for all category/classes.
