Access this screen by pressing F21 (Shift + F9) from the Equipment Environmental Change Maintenance - Launch screen.  Enter the company and location and category/class that you want to copy from and copy to, and indicate the type of environmental charge you are copying.

Enter or accept the company and location from which you want to copy environmental charges.

Enter or accept the company and location to which you want to copy environmental charges.

Type

Enter the type of environmental charges you are copying.  The only valid code as of RentalMan version 11 is R=Rental.

From Category/Class

Enter the category/class from which you want to copy environmental charges.

To Category/Class

Enter the category/class to which you want to copy environmental charges.
