Price Maintenance - Launch Contract
Price Maintenance - LaunchUse this screen to launch the Contract Price Maintenance program to create a contract price list number and to associate customers with the price list. Use the Equipment Rental Rates Discount program to set the actual rates for the contract price list.
Click a link to advance to that section of the topic.
Access this program from the Rental File Maintenance menu in Operations. In this first screen, enter an existing contract price list number to maintain. If you only want to view an existing contract price list number, press F10 first to change to INQUIRY mode, and then enter the price list number. If you want to create a new contract price list number, enter the number in the Contract price number field, and you will advance to the Contract Price Entry screen.
