Use this screen to work with existing credit applications that were entered in this program or via Wynne Systems' web-based Credit Application tool.
Click a link to advance to that section of the topic.
Use the filters above the columns to focus the list on the credit applications you want to work with. Use the various options to access existing applications and make changes to them or approve/decline them. Press F6 to advance to the Credit Application/Inquiry screen and create a new application.

Change. Enter 2 in the Option field to advance to the Credit Application Entry/Inquiry screen. |

Delete. Enter 4 in the Option field to delete a pending credit application. Press Enter twice to confirm the deletion. |

Display. Enter 5 in the Option field to advance to the Credit Application Entry/Inquiry screen in view-only mode. |

Comments. Enter 10 in the Option field to advance to the Credit Application Comments Inquiry program. |
Displays the current status of the credit application. Valid codes include:
P - Pending
A - Accepted/Approved
D - Declined
Displays the name of the credit applicant.
Displays the city where the credit applicant is located.
Displays the credit applicant's tax ID number, if applicable.
Displays the location that received the credit application.
Displays the date the credit application was entered.
Displays the area code and phone number of the applicant.
Displays the postal code where the applicant is located.
Displays the applicant's Dun & Bradstreet (D-U-N-S) number, if applicable.
Displays the name of the owner or primary officer of the company applying for credit.

View 1 displays the customer name and the owner/officer. View 2 displays the customer name, address, and tax ID. View 3 displays the customer name, phone number, postal code, and D&B number. |
