Description:

Use this screen to enter, modify, or view a credit application.  Enter the applicant's credit information that corresponds with the trade references entered on the previous screen.

 

Click a link to advance to that section of the topic.

 

 

Navigation

Access this screen by entering 2 or 5 in the Option field for an existing credit application, or by pressing F6 on the Credit Application Processing screen, and then advancing to this fourth screen of the application.  If a credit application is pending, you can make modifications to it, or you can use F6 to accept or decline the application.  When you accept the application, a customer master record is created.  Once a credit application has been accepted or declined, you can only view it.

Fields

Application Number

Displays the number the system assigned to the credit application.

 

Currency

Enter the code for the currency of all of the amounts on this screen.

 

Requested Credit Limit

Enter or accept the credit limit requested by the applicant.

 

Date Opened

Enter the date that each trade reference account was opened.

 

High Credit

Enter the amount of the applicant's credit limit with each trade reference.

 

Balance

Enter the applicant's current balance with each trade reference.

 

Last Sale

Enter the date of the last sale to the applicant for each trade reference.

 

Past Due

Enter any amount past due for each trade reference.

 

Terms

Enter the A/R credit terms the applicant has with each trade reference.

 

Comment

Enter applicable comments for each trade reference.

 

User Defined Fields

Enter information in up to six user-defined fields.

F1

Help.  Place your cursor in a field and press F1 to access online help for that field.  Place your cursor outside of any field, and press F1 to access online help at the program level.

F3

Exit.  Exit the page or program.

F4

Search.  Place your cursor in a searchable field and press F4 to access a lookup window or more advanced search screen.

F6

Accept/Decline.  Open the Accept/Decline popup window.

F8

Comments/Authorize.  Not used.

F12

Cancel/Previous.  Exit the program or move back a screen.
