On this launch screen, enter or accept the location for which you want to maintain an A/R adjustment code, and then enter the code you want to maintain. If you want to add a new adjustment code, press F6 first, and then enter the location and code.

Press F21 (Shift + F9) to copy A/R adjustment codes from one company and location to another company and location.

Fields

Location

Enter or accept the location for which you want to maintain an A/R adjustment code.

Adjustment Code

Enter the adjustment code to add or maintain. If you are in CHANGE or INQUIRY mode, and you do not know the code, press F4 to search for it.

Function Keys

Function Key	Description
F1	Help. Place your cursor in a field and press F1 to access online help for that field. Place your cursor outside of any field, and press F1 to access online help at the program level.
F3	Exit. Exit the page or program.
F4	Search. Place your cursor in a searchable field and press F4 to access a lookup window or more advanced search screen.
F6	Add. Switch the program to ADD mode for an A/R adjustment code setup.
F10	Inquiry. Switch the program to INQUIRY mode.
F11	Change. Switch the program back to CHANGE mode.
F21 (Shift + F9)	Copy. Advance to the A/R Adjustment Code Maintenance - Copy screen to copy the setup of A/R adjustment codes.
