Program/Screen: RAEQPS/RAEQPSC1
Description:
Use this program to find the exact location of a piece of equipment that has a GPS tracking device attached to it.
Click a link to advance to that section of the topic.
Navigation
Access this program from the Additional Operations Menu, or by entering a 15 in the Option field for a piece of GPS-tracked equipment on the Equipment Information screen in Create Rental. Enter a category/class range and a GPS Type to narrow the list. You can also use the filters above the columns to further narrow the list. Sort the list in ascending or descending order by date and time by using the Sort Date/Time field.

Alerts. Enter a 2 in the O (Option) field to advance to the Alert Listing screen. |

Tracking. Enter a 3 in the O (Option) field to advance to the Tracking Detail Listing screen. |

Detail. Enter a 5 in the O (Option) field to advance to the Equipment Detail screen. |

7 |
Ping. Enter a 7 in the O (Option) field to send a signal to the GPS tracking device on the equipment to pinpoint its position. |

Set Geofence. Enter 8 in the O (Option) field to advance to the Equipment Geofence Maintenance program. |
Fields
Enter a range of category/class numbers to narrow the list of tracked equipment.
Enter an A to sort the list in ascending order by date and time. Enter a D to sort the list in descending order by date and time.
Enter a GPS type code to narrow the list of tracked equipment. Supported codes include:

QL - Qualcomm

ML - Micrologic Equipment Tracking System
Displays the unique number assigned to the piece of equipment.
Displays the manufacturer's make for the equipment.
Displays the manufacturer's model for the equipment
Displays the last meter reading for the equipment, if applicable.

Displays the date that the equipment was last located.
Displays the time that the equipment was last located.
Displays the current status of the equipment such as, Sold, Available, Pick-Up. Use Equipment Status Change to review and manually change the status of equipment.
Displays the current location of the equipment.
