Equipment Status Change

Program/Screen: RAESCM/RAESCM20

Description:

Use this screen to review certain information about a piece of equipment, and if you have the appropriate security authorization, you can change the status of that equipment, if it is not currently on rent.

The status of a piece of equipment typically changes automatically as it is rented, being picked up, or is down for maintenance.  Use this program only when it becomes necessary to change the status manually, like when you return it to the vendor, or you scrap it.

Click a link to advance to that section of the topic.

Navigation

Access this screen by entering an equipment number on the Equipment Status Change - Launch screen.  Enter a new status for the equipment, and then enter a reason or comment that explains the change.  You can also specify if the equipment is for sale in this screen.
