Displays the number and name of the sales representative for whom you are setting up commission percentages.
Enter or accept the code for the currency on which the commission percentages are based.
Discount Percentage off Book Rate
Enter the percentage of discount off of rental book rates that cannot be exceeded in order for the sales representative to earn the commission percentages entered in the corresponding spaces in the Major Rentals and Minor Rentals fields.
Example: The sales representative
should earn 20% commission on major rentals and 15% commission on minor
rentals when the discount off the rental book rates is equal to or less
than 2%. Enter 2.00 in this field, and then enter 20.00 and 15.00
respectively in the spaces directly below in the Major
Rentals and Minor
Rentals fields.
Enter the percentage of commission that the sales representative should earn on major rentals when the discount percentage off the rental book rates that is entered in the corresponding space above this field is not exceeded.
A major rental is for equipment
that is in a category/class with its major
category flag set to Y.
Enter the percentage of commission that the sales representative should earn on minor rentals when the discount percentage off the rental book rates that is entered in the corresponding space above this field is not exceeded.
A minor rental is for equipment
that is in a category/class with its major
category flag set to N
or blank.
