Representative Maintenance - Territories Sales
Representative Maintenance - TerritoriesUse this screen if the sales representative is associated with more than one sales territory. Sales territories are set up in Territory Maintenance.
Click a link to advance to that section of the topic.
Access this screen by pressing F13 (Shift + F1) from the Sales Representative Maintenance screen. Enter the territories in which the sales representative works, and then press Enter twice to save the information and return to the previous screen.

Search. Enter 1 in the Option field to open the Territory Lookup window. |
Displays the number of the sales representative whose record you are maintaining.
Enter the code for the location from which the sales representative works. If you do not know the code, enter 1 in the Option field to the left of this field to access the Territory Lookup window.
Enter the number for the territory in which the sales representative works. This number must correspond with the location code entered in the previous field. Territories are set up in Territory Maintenance.
Displays the description for the location/territory combination.
Enter or accept the area in the territory in which the sales representative works.
