Access this screen by pressing F9 from the Sales Representative Maintenance screen. For each month in the year, enter revenue goals and if applicable, a user-defined goal for the sales representative record you are maintaining. Press Enter twice to save the information and return to the previous screen.

Fields

Sales Representative Number

Displays the number of the sales representative whose record you are maintaining.

Currency

Displays the currency of the entered revenue amounts.

Monthly Revenue

For each month in the year, enter the revenue goal for the sales representative.

Monthly Other

If applicable, for each month of the year, enter another user-defined goal for the sales representative. For example, number of new customers signed or number of orders booked.

Sales 1

Enter a user-defined sales amount goal. For example, first quarter sales or high single contract amount.

Sales 2

If applicable, enter a second user-defined sales amount goal.

Function Keys

Function Key	Description
F1	Help. Place your cursor in a field and press F1 to access online help for that field. Place your cursor outside of any field, and press F1 to access online help at the program level.
F3	Exit. Exit the page or program.
F12	Cancel/Previous. Exit the program or move back a screen.
