Representative Commission Split

Description:
Use this popup window to enter commission percentage splits for the current transaction. The settings in control record REPSP1 determine how many sales representatives other than the primary representative can receive a percentage of commission (maximum is 5), as well as the split percentage amounts.
Click a link to advance to that section of the topic.
Navigation
Access this popup window by pressing F2 from the various programs listed below. Depending on the setting in control record REPSP1, you can enter up to five additional sales representatives who will split commissions for the current transaction. The split commission percentages are also determined by settings in that same control record.

Fields
Displays the number of the primary sales representative for the customer job.
Displays the commission percentage for the primary sales representative. This amount is recalculated as you enter additional sales representatives below.
Displays the name of the primary sales representative.
Additional Representative Number
Enter the number of each sales representative that is splitting commission percentages for this job. The amount of additional representatives that you can enter is determined by control record REPSP1.
Displays the split commission percentage for each additional sales representative. These amounts are entered in control record REPSP1.
Displays the name of the additional sales representative.
