Maintenance - LaunchUse this screen to launch the Claim Maintenance program where you create and update warranty claimClaim for compensation from the manufacturer for the repair of equipment that is under warranty. records. Once a claim record is created, it can be associated with a work order on the work order header screen.
Click a link to advance to that section of the topic.
Access this screen from the Equipment Maintenance application. The program opens in ADD mode. Enter the number of the claim you want to add, or press F7 to have the system automatically assign the next sequential number. If you want to update an existing claim record, press F4 to search for it and select it for maintenance.
