Use this screen to launch the Claim Search/Inquiry program where you review a list of warranty claimClaim for compensation from the manufacturer for the repair of equipment that is under warranty.s for a vendor and select claims to work with.
Click a link to advance to that section of the topic.
Navigation
Access this screen from the Equipment Application menu. Enter a vendor number and date range for which you want to view a list of warranty claims. On the Claim Search/Inquiry - Results screen, use the filters to focus the list on the claims you want to review. Use the options to display the claim or associated work order.

Fields
Enter the number of the vendor for whom you want to view warranty claimClaim for compensation from the manufacturer for the repair of equipment that is under warranty.s. If you do not know the number, press F4 to search for it.
Enter the starting date of the warranty claims you want to list.
Enter the ending date of the warranty claims you want to list.
