Use this screen to enter regular, overtime, and premium labor rates for a category/classTwo-part classification for individualized and bulk equipment. Rental rates are entered by category/class, and the ID number for bulk items is the category/class ID. of equipment. These rates can apply to all customers in all locations for that category/class, or they can be set up for a specific customer and customer job or for a labor contract.

Access this screen by entering at least a category/classTwo-part classification for individualized and bulk equipment. Rental rates are entered by category/class, and the ID number for bulk items is the category/class ID. on the Labor Rates Maintenance - Launch screen. The first field on the screen displays the entity for which you are setting up the labor rates. If this field is blank, you are setting up the labor rates for all customers in all locations for the specified category/class. Use F15 to review and modify labor rates by location.

If applicable, this field displays the number and name of the customer for whom you are setting up labor rates. If this field is blank, you are setting up labor rates for all customers. If this field is not displayed, you are setting up labor rates for a labor contract number.
If applicable, this field displays the number of the labor contract for which you are setting up labor rates. Labor contracts are set up in Labor Contract Maintenance. If this field does not display, you are setting up labor rates for one or all customers.
Displays the ID and description of the equipment category/class for which you are setting up labor rates.
Enter or accept the currency in which you are entering the labor rates.
