Description:
Use this screen to launch the Tools Not Returned Inquiry program where you can review a list of tools that have been checked out but not returned.
Click a link to advance to that section of the topic.
Navigation
Access this screen from the Tracker Maintenance menu. Enter the parameters for obtaining a list of tools that have not yet been returned. You can search by location, user/supervisor, category/class, or item number.

Fields
Enter the location for which you want to review tools not yet returned.
If applicable, enter the ID of the user for which you want to review tools not yet returned. If you do not know the user's ID, press F4 to search for it.
If applicable, enter the ID of the supervisor for which you want to review tools not yet returned by that supervisor's direct reports. If you do not know the supervisor's ID, press F4 to search for it.
If applicable, enter the ID of the category/class for which you want to review tools not yet returned. If you do not know the ID, press F4 to search for it.
Enter the number of the item for which you want to review a list of ones that have not been returned. If you do not know the item number, press F4 to search for it.
