Access this screen by pressing F21 (Shift +F9) on the Sales Item Specifications Maintenance - Launch screen. Enter the company, stock class, and sales item number that you want to copy specifications from and to. If you do not know the stock class or sales item number, press F4 to search for them.

Fields

Copy from Company

Enter or accept the company from which you want to copy sales item specifications.

Copy from Stock Class

Enter the stock class for the sales item from which you are copying specifications. You can skip this field and enter the item number, and the system populates this field.

Copy from Item Number

Enter the sales item number from which you want to copy specifications.

Copy to Company

Enter or accept the company to which you want to copy sales item specifications.

Copy to Stock Class

Enter the stock class for the sales item to which you are copying specifications. You can skip this field and enter the item number, and the system populates this field.

Copy to Item Number

Enter the sales item number to which you want to copy specifications.
