Serial Number Maintenance

Fields

Item Number

Enter the item number for which you want to add, change, or inquire on serial numbers. If you do not know the number, press F4 to search for it.

Stock Class

Enter the stock class associated with the item number.

Function Keys

Function Key	Description
F1	Help. Place your cursor in a field and press F1 to access online help for that field. Place your cursor outside of any field, and press F1 to access online help at the program level.
F3	Exit. Exit the page or program.
F4	Search. Place your cursor in a searchable field and press F4 to access a lookup window or more advanced search screen.
F6	Add Mode. Switch the mode of the program back to Add after using either the F10 or the F11 keys.
F10	Inquiry Mode. Switch the program mode to Inquiry. Any record that you access will be in view-only mode.
F11	Change Mode. Switch the program mode to Change so that you can access a record and update it.
