Item Maintenance - Launch Sales
Item Maintenance - LaunchUse this screen to launch the Sales Item Maintenance program where you can add, change, and inquire on sales items. Sales items are items that you stock for sale rather than rental.

On this first screen of the Sales Item Maintenance program, use the function keys to switch the program to the appropriate mode: Change, Add, or Inquire. If you want to change or inquire on a sales item, enter its number and stock classCode used to categorize sales items for analysis and reporting. You may choose to make the stock class a subset of the vendor code. and proceed to the next screen in the program. If you do not know the sales item number, press F4 in that field to search for it. If you want to add a new sales item, press F6=Add, and then enter the item number and stock class you want to add.

Miscellaneous Charge Item Maintenance
Enter the item number you want to add, change, or inquire on. If you do not know the number you want to change or inquire on, press F4 to search for it.
Enter the stock classCode used to categorize sales items for analysis and reporting. You may choose to make the stock class a subset of the vendor code. associated with the item number.

Exit. Exit the page or program. |

Search. Place your cursor in a searchable field and press F4 to access a lookup window or more advanced search screen. |

Refresh. Refresh the screen and remove entered data. |

Add. Switch the program to ADD mode so you can add a new sales item to the master file. |

Item Number Toggle. Toggle the item number field to the manufacturer's number or the UPC number. |

Miscellaneous Charge Maintenance. Advance to the Miscellaneous Charge Item Maintenance program. |

F10 |
Inquiry. Switch the program to INQUIRY mode. |
|
F11 |
Change. Switch the program back to CHANGE mode. |
|
F12 |
Cancel/Previous. Exit the program or move back a screen. |

More. Display more available function keys for the program. |
