Reporting Intervals - LaunchUse this screen to launch the Default Reporting Intervals program where you set and maintain the reporting interval for GPS-tracked equipment at the company and location level. You can set a different interval for equipment at different rental statuses such as On Rent and Available. For instance, you might want to set the reporting interval to every hour if the equipment is On Rent versus setting it to every 5 days if the equipment is Available (and in your yard).
Reporting of GPS-tracked equipment is found on the Tracking Detail Listing screen.
This
program is only accessible when Qualcomm
tracking enabled is set to Y
in control record QUALCM, and
Enable Equipment Tracking is set
to Y in control record TRACK1.

Access this screen from the Cross Application Maintenance menu. Enter the company, location, and rental status for the GPS-tracked equipment that you want to report on, and then press Enter to enter the default reporting interval code.
Default Reporting Intervals - Launch
Enter the code for the company for which you want to set the default GPS reporting interval.
Enter the code for the location for which you want to set the default GPS reporting interval.
Enter the code for the equipment rental status for which you want to set the default GPS reporting interval. If you do not know the code, press F4 to search for it.
Indicate whether to include geofence entry and exit alerts in the reporting.
