Use this screen to launch the Depreciation Table Maintenance program where you create tables for depreciation methods that are applied to assets in your system. This program launches in CHANGE mode. Press F6 to switch to ADD mode.
Click a link to advance to that section of the topic.
Access this program from the Cross Application Maintenance menu. Enter the code for the depreciation method you want to maintain, or press F6 to add a new method and table. You can also use F21 to copy the table from one method to another, or you can press F23 to delete a depreciation method and its table.

Depreciation Table Maintenance
Enter the code for the depreciation method you want to add or maintain. If you do not know the code, press F4 to search for it.
Enter the number of months that represents the depreciation life of the asset to which the method is assigned.
Enter the depreciation year used in the table to which a depreciation rate is assigned. This entry represents the age of the asset, and it will dictate which depreciation rate to apply to the asset.

Copy. Advance to the Depreciation Table Maintenance - Copy screen where you copy one depreciation method to another. |

Delete. Press twice to delete the depreciation method. |
