Equipment Configuration Maintenance - Launch

Program/Screen: RACFGM/RACFGM10

Description:

Use this screen to launch the Equipment Configuration Maintenance program where you set up configuration and specification information for equipment in a category/classTwo-part classification for individualized and bulk equipment. Rental rates are entered by category/class, and the ID number for bulk items is the category/class ID..  If the Upd specs w/feature codes field in control record RAEQM3 is set to Y, when equipment in the category/class is purchased and received, the configuration information becomes part of the equipment's specification file.

To print configuration feature codes and options on purchase orders, set the Print Equip Config field to Y in control record POPRT4.
