Sales Call Maintenance - Launch

Description:

Use this screen to launch the Sales Call Maintenance program to add a new call or to change or inquire on an existing call.

 

Click a link to advance to that section of the topic.

 

 

Navigation

The function keys on this screen allow you to launch Sales Call Maintenance in any one of three modes:  add, inquire, and change.  When you are in Add mode, press Enter to have the system assign the next call number.  When you are in Inquiry or Change mode, enter an existing sales call number to access that record for review or modification.

Fields

Sales Call Number

Enter the number of the sales call you want to view or modify.  If you are creating a new sales call record, press Enter to have the system create a new number.

 

Sequence Number

Enter the sequence number of the sales call you want to view or modify.

 

Function Keys

Description

F1

Help.  Place your cursor in a field and press F1 to access online help for that field.  Place your cursor outside of any field, and press F1 to access online help at the program level.

F3

Exit.  Exit the page or program.

F4

Search.  Place your cursor in a searchable field and press F4 to access a lookup window or more advanced search screen.

F6

Add.  Change the program mode to Add so that you can add a new sales call record.

F10

Inquiry.  Change the program mode to Inquiry so that you can view an existing sales call record.

F11

Change.  Change the program mode to Change so that you can modify an existing sales call record.

F12

Cancel/Previous.  Exit the program or move back a screen.
