Use this screen to review existing comments or to enter new comments for a sales call.
Click a link to advance to that section of the topic.
Access this screen by pressing F17 (Shift + F5) from the Sales Call Maintenance program. Use the options at the top of the screen to work with existing comments. Press F6 to add a new comment.

Change. Enter 2 in the O (Option) field to advance to Sales Call Comment Maintenance where you can modify that comment record.. |

Display. Enter 5 in the O (Option) field to advance to Sales Call Comment Maintenance and view that comment record only. |

Displays the name of the customer for which you are reviewing sales call comments. If you are creating a sales call for a company that is not yet a customer in your system, this field may be blank.
Displays the company's phone number.
Displays the date the sale call comment was entered.
Displays the user name for the person who entered the comments.
Displays a code to indicate the type of contacts associated with the sales call comments.
Displays the date to follow-up on the sales call comments.
Displays the text of the sales call comment.
