Form MaintenanceUse this program to set up and maintain the details for the laser forms you work with in the system.

Access this screen by entering the company, location, language, program code, and form code on the Laser Form Maintenance - Launch screen. Enter the Formtastic or ICS Formsprint form type you want to add or maintain, and then enter up to four graphic files to associate with the laser form.

Laser Form Maintenance
Displays the company for which you are maintaining a laser form record.
Displays the location for which you are maintaining a laser form record.
Displays the code for the language in which you are maintaining a laser form record.
Displays the program code for the form for which you are setting up a laser form record.
Displays the appropriate code for the laser form record. The code indicates whether you are working with a PDF file, an email, a fax, the regular printing of the form, or the reprinting of the form.
Displays the ID (for the printer file) that corresponds with the form for which you are setting up a laser form record.
Enter the Formtastic or ICS Formsprint form type for the laser form record you are adding or maintaining. If you do not know the code, press F4 to search for it.
Enter up to four graphics records to associate with the laser form you are adding or maintaining.
