Use this screen to launch the Laser Form Maintenance program where you set up and maintain the details for the laser forms you work with in the system.
Click a link to advance to that section of the topic.
Access this screen from the System File Maintenance menu. The program launches in ADD mode. Use F10 or F11 to switch the mode accordingly. Enter the details of a specific laser form, and then press Enter to display fields pertinent to that form.

Enter or accept the company for which you are maintaining a laser form record.
Enter the location for which you are maintaining a laser form record.
Enter the code for the language in which you are maintaining a laser form record. If you do not know the code, press F4 to search for it.
Enter the program code for the form for which you are setting up a laser form record. If you do not know the code, press F4 to search for it.
Enter the appropriate code for the laser form record. Indicate whether you are working with a PDF file, an email, a fax, the regular printing of the form, or the reprinting of the form.
Enter the ID (for the printer file) that corresponds with the form for which you are setting up a laser form record.
