MaintenanceUse this program to create and maintain landmark records used with GPS tracking of equipment. A landmark is generally a reference point used to help identify the location of a job or a piece of equipment.
This
program is only accessible when Qualcomm
tracking enabled is set to Y
in control record QUALCM,
and Enable Equipment Tracking
is set to Y in control
record TRACK1.
Click a link to advance to that section of the topic.
Access this screen by entering a landmark name on the Landmark Maintenance - Launch screen. Enter details about the landmark such as its type and location. Press Enter to save the record.
Landmark Maintenance
Displays the name of the landmark you are creating or maintaining.
Enter the code that indicates the type of landmark you are creating. If you do not know the code, press F4 to search for it. Valid codes include:
L - Dealer location
JS - Jobsite
O - Other
Enter a full description of the landmark.
Instead of an address, enter the latitude for the landmark.
Instead of an address, enter the longitude for the landmark.
If you did not enter latitude/longitude for the landmark, enter the first line of the landmark's street address.
If applicable, enter the second line of the landmark's street address.
If applicable, enter the third line of the landmark's street address.
Enter the city where the landmark is located.
Enter the landmark's postal code.
Enter the sate where the landmark is located.
If applicable, enter the province where the landmark is located.
Enter the country where the landmark is located.

Exit. Exit the page or program. |

Search. Place your cursor in a searchable field and press F4 to access a lookup window or more advanced search screen. |

Refresh. Refresh the screen and remove entered data. |

Cancel/Previous. Exit the program or move back a screen. |

F13 (Shift + F1) |
Geofence. Advance to Geofence Maintenance screen to maintain geofence information for the landmark. |

F23 (Shift + F11) |
Delete. Press twice to delete the landmark record. |
