Navigation
Access this screen by entering a vendor number and date range on the Claim Search/Inquiry - Launch screen. Review the list of warranty claims. Use the filters above the columns to focus the list on the claims you want to review. Use F7 to toggle the list of claims from one location to a region to all locations. Enter Option 2 or Option 5 to display the associated work order or to displays the details of the claim.

Fields
Displays the number of the vendor for whom you want to view warranty claimClaim for compensation from the manufacturer for the repair of equipment that is under warranty.s.
Displays the starting date of the warranty claims that are listed.
Displays the ending date of the warranty claims that are listed.

Displays the location where the warranty claim was created.
Displays the current status of the warranty claim.
Displays the number for the equipment for which the warranty claim was created.
Displays the equipment's make and model.
Displays the amount billed to the vendor/manufacturer for the warranty claim.
Displays the amount received from the vendor/manufacturer for the warranty claim.
