Access this screen by pressing F23 (Shift + F11) from the Suspense Return - Launch screen. Enter the number of the contract and equipment number associated with the return record you want to delete, and then press F23 again.

Fields

Contract

Enter the number of the rental contract associated with the suspense return that you want to delete.

Equipment

Optionally, enter the number of the equipment from the contract associated with the suspense return you want to delete.

Remove overage from available quantity

Indicate whether you want the deletion of the return to remove the quantity from the quantity available for the equipment.

Function Keys

Function Key	Description
F1	Help. Place your cursor in a field and press F1 to access online help for that field. Place your cursor outside of any field, and press F1 to access online help at the program level.
F3	Exit. Exit the page or program.
F4	Search. Place your cursor in a searchable field and press F4 to access a lookup window or more advanced search screen.
F12	Cancel/Previous. Exit the program or move back a screen.
F23 (Shift + F11)	Delete Return. Delete the suspense return associated with the entered contract or equipment.
