Description:
Use this popup window to review daily tiered rates for the category/classTwo-part classification for individualized and bulk equipment. Rental rates are entered by category/class, and the ID number for bulk items is the category/class ID. entered on the reservation/quote or rental contract. With the proper authorization, you can also change the rates for this reservation/quote or rental contract only.

Access this popup window by entering 19 in the Opt (Option) field for a category/class that you entered on the Create/Update Rental Reservation/Quote - Equipment Information or the Create/Update Rental - Equipment Information screen. This window is only accessible if the following banner appears highlighted at the top of the screen: EQP TIERED RATES EXIST.
Review the tiered rates. With the proper authorization, you can also change the rates for this reservation/quote or rental contract only. Press Enter when done with your review or modifications.

Fields
Tier X From
Displays the rental day when that tier starts. For example, if the From Day for Tier 1 is 1, and the To Day for Tier 1 is 4, then the From Day for Tier 2 must be 5. This means that the rate for Tier 1 applies to rental days 1 through 4, and the rate for Tier 2 starts on the fifth rental day.
Tier X To
Displays the rental day when that tier ends. For example, if the From Day for Tier 1 is 1, and the To Day for Tier 1 is 4, the rate for Tier 1 only applies to rental days 1 through 4.
For each tier that has rates, enter or accept the daily rental rate for the rental days in that tier.
Tier X Minimum Rate
Displays the minimum daily rate for that tier.
