Use this screen to review the discounted equipment rental rates by location. You can change, delete, or display the location discounts using the available options.

Access this screen by pressing F15 (Shift + F3) from the Rental Rates Discount Maintenance screen. Review equipment rental rate discounts records by location. Use the available options to change, delete, or display any record.

Press F6=Add Location Record to display a list of all locations in the system. Use option 1=Create rental rates discount record to access the Equipment Rental Rates Discount Maintenance screen and enter rental rate discounts for the selected location. If discounted rates already exist for all locations, those rates are added to the location you selected, and you are returned to this Locations screen. If necessary, use option 2=Change from the Locations screen to modify the discounted rates for that location.

Options

Option	Description
2	Change. Enter 2 in the O (Option) field to advance to the Equipment Rental Rates Discount Maintenance screen to modify the discounted rates for that location.
4	Delete. Enter 4 in the O (Option) field to delete the equipment rental rates discount location record.
5	Display. Enter 5 in the O (Option) field to advance to the Equipment Rental Rates Discount Maintenance in INQUIRY mode.

Fields

Customer

If applicable, this field displays the customer for whom you set up equipment rental rate discounts.

Job Number

If applicable, this field displays the number of the customer job for which you set up equipment rental rate discounts.

Category/Class

Displays the category/class ID and description you entered on the first screen.

Start Date

Displays the date on which the rental rate discounts will start.

End Date

Displays the date on which the rental rate discounts will end. A date of 99/99/99 means there is no end date for the discounts.

Location

Displays the location where equipment rental rate discounts are set up.

Name

Displays the name and currency of the location.

Hourly rate

Displays the discounted rate charged per hour for equipment in this category/class.

Minimum rate

Displays the discounted minimum rate charged per rental contract for equipment in this category/class.

Daily rate

Displays the discounted rate charged for a 24-hour period for equipment in this category/class. Partial days can be charged a prorated amount based on the Pro-rate hours after setting in the System Location File.

Function Keys

Function Key	Description
F1	Help. Place your cursor in a field and press F1 to access online help for that field. Place your cursor outside of any field, and press F1 to access online help at the program level.
F3	Exit. Exit the page or program.
F6	Add Location Records. Display a list of all locations in the system so you can select one or more locations for which you want to create rental rate discounts.
F11	Fold/Unfold. Display or hide a second line of detail for each listed record.
F12	Maintenance Screen. Move back a screen.
