Use this screen to copy equipment rental rate discounts from location to location, customer to customer, category/class to category/class, job to job, and contract price number to contract price number.

Access this screen by pressing F21 (Shift + F9) from the Equipment Rental Rates Discount Maintenance launch screen.  Enter the type of rate discounts you want to copy and press Enter.  The number of records that were copied displays.

Fields

Copy from company

Enter the company from which you want to copy rate discounts.  The company you are logged into is the default.

Copy from location

Enter the location from which you want to copy rate discounts.  The location you are logged into is the default.

Copy to company

Enter the company to which you want to copy rate discounts.  The company you are logged into is the default.

Copy to location

Enter the location to which you want to copy rate discounts.  The location you are logged into is the default.

From customer number

Enter the number of the customer from whom you want to copy rate discounts.

To customer number

Enter the number of the customer to whom you want to copy rate discounts.

From category

Enter the category from which you want to copy rate discounts.

From class

Enter the class from which you want to copy rate discounts.

To category

Enter the category to which you want to copy rate discounts.

To class

Enter the class to which you want to copy rate discounts.

From job number

Enter the number of the job from which you want to copy rate discounts.

To job number

Enter the number of the job to which you want to copy rate discounts.

From contract price number

Enter the number of the contract price number from which you want to copy rate discounts.  Create contract price numbers in the Contract Price Maintenance program.

To contract price number

Enter the number of the contract price number to which you want to copy rate discounts.
