Description:
Use this screen to modify the bin locations and the count for an item discrepancy record. You can also review who created the discrepancy record and who was the last user to enter a count for it.
Click a link to advance to that section of the topic.
Navigation
Access this screen by entering Option 2 for an item discrepancy record on the One Step Inventory - Item Discrepancies screen. Make changes to the bin locations and count quantity as necessary, and then press Enter to return to the previous screen.

Fields
Displays the number of the item for which you are making changes. Press F8 to toggle to the manufacturer's number or the UPC number.
Displays the stock classCode used to categorize sales items for analysis and reporting. You may choose to make the stock class a subset of the vendor code. assigned to the item.
Displays a description of the item.
If applicable, enter or change the IDs of the bin locations where the item was counted.
Indicate whether to print bar codes for the changes you are making.
If applicable, change the count quantity of the item. The item unit of measure is displayed.
Displays the current quantity on hand in the system for the item and the item's unit of measure.
